8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

Purchase records: 7 years (required by Israeli tax law)

14. Children’s Privacy

The PRECISE Research Protocol is intended for adult professional use only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 (in the EU/UK) or under the age of 13 (in the United States, in compliance with COPPA).

15. Third-Party AI Platforms

The PRECISE Research Protocol is designed to work with third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). When you use these platforms with the Product, any data you input is governed by the privacy policy and terms of service of the relevant platform.

We have no access to, control over, or responsibility for the data handling practices of third-party AI platforms. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with their privacy terms before uploading any data, including the Product itself.

16. Marketing Communications

We will only send you marketing communications (such as updates about new products or features) where you have given explicit consent or where permitted by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by:

Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

Contacting us at precise.research.protocol@gmail.com

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Transactional emails (such as receipts, support replies, and important account notifications) are not marketing and will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated through the platform where the Product was purchased or by other reasonable means.
